I had my first panic attack in weeks just now. Well it’s ongoing but the worst is passed. It came out of nowhere, literally just started as I was writing a post on Facebook. I feel really dizzy now (hyperventilation) but I did my senses and I’m feeling a wee bit better.
It’s just frustrating. Whenever things seem to improve at all they soon start to plummet again. I would just like to feel human. I don’t even mind if there’s a bit of anxiety, just so long as I can get away from how shitty I’ve felt since I was about 13 or 14. It’s just tiresome now.
